BIG TOY/little toy Part 2

I just wanted to share some more shots from my session with the 9" Marvel Famous Covers & their undersized counterparts from the Marvel Heroes & Villains mini figures I picked up last year. As you may know, one of my favorite ways to play here at the Super-DuperToyBox is BIG TOY/little toy  :D  If you click the BIGTOY/littletoy link in my categories cloud in the sidebar on the right you can see any post that features such a photo. In my last post I showed you Hulk & his diminutive doppelganger (go back & read it!), and here are the others- click on the links for each toy's original post:

*Hasbro Origins Wolverine  and Marvel mini Wolverine...

*ToyBiz Famous Covers Daredevil & Marvel mini Daredevil:

*ToyBiz Famous Covers Iron Man & Marvel mini Iron Man:

*Hasbro Origins Spider-Man & Marvel mini Spider-Man, ToyBiz Famous Covers Green Goblin & Marvel mini Green Goblin:

*ToyBiz Famous Covers Magneto & Marvel mini Magneto:

  2. his helmet comes off, too (see link to post). he looks very clunky, but like a toy, and I like that about him, hands down, my favorite Iron Man figure.

  3. I actually remember seeing him at a second hand store when I was on my Hong Kong trip last year, didn't take a second look at it since I wasn't into the old school stuff back then...the Masterworks comics are making me really appreciate these old school Marvel toys haha

  7. Jcee, i'm glad you are enjoying those great old comics- i've been getting into them the last year, and there's some good stuff in them. they are an acquired taste, but i like seeing the history of the characters and their early personalities... it makes me appreciate them more, makes them all the more interesting to me

  8. Ya I know exactly what you mean! I just finished Volume 1 of Avengers and I loved it! Just starting on Vol. 1 of FF4 and it is getting interesting! But I noticed some of the later volumes are hard to find and $$$ (ex. Vol. 6-10 and up of Avengers) which I am not looking forward to lol
