NECA Ben Cooper Phantom

I'd resisted buying more of these fantastic NECA Ben Cooper kids until I stumbled onto the glow-in-the-dark Phantom figure at a local Target earlier this month. I love the retro packaging on these figures and the insert that converts to a makeshift display diorama. The printing on this glow-in-the-dark figure has a texture to it as well- an almost flocked, sand papery feel.

...the face mask and costume vest glow in the dark quite effectively....
